The Vitaliano Restaurant is managed by Cristina, an Italian woman, who after many years of working in the catering sector has been able to make her dream
of having her own business a reality and thereby make use of her extensive experience.

The cuisine is based on the quality of carefully selected ingredients and the skill of the chefs Massimo and Giggi who produce very typical Italian food, always home-made, everything from pastas to puddings.
